Pastor Full Time

New Life Baptist Church of Lancaster, PA, is a multicultural, bilingual church currently seeking a pastor to lead our congregation. Our current pastor is in the process of retiring.

We look for someone who is born again and has received God’s call to the pastorate. Full of faith and a good testimony, who loves God and fulfills the characteristics of Acts 6:3 and 1 Timothy 3:1-7. Humble. Well prepared for the work. Sensitive to the needs of the people and patiently encourages them to grow. Active, who loves and encourages the church. Passionate about the salvation of souls.

Must be bilingual with fluency in English and Spanish. Preferably married, with his wife as a suitable and active helper in the ministry. May they work together in all things.

Must have at least five years of ministerial experience and be willing to be bi-vocational. We are a church with great growth potential, engaged in opportunities to serve our community.
