About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Pastor to serve as a key ministry leader and trusted partner to the Senior Pastor. This role will help shepherd the congregation, support the spiritual and operational needs of the church, and assist in carrying forward the church’s mission during this exciting season of growth.
Key Responsibilities
Preach and teach in various settings, including Sunday services, Bible studies, and seminars
Provide pastoral care through visitation, counseling, and member support
Serve as a primary support to the Senior Pastor, including preaching and leadership coverage when needed
Partner with the Pastor of Administration on church operations in the Senior Pastor’s absence
Collaborate with church leadership on vision, strategy, and ministry initiatives
Lead or assist with special projects that support church growth and engagement
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and ordination required
3–5+ years of ministry or leadership experience
Strong biblical teaching ability and pastoral heart
Displays consistent moral character and trustworthy leadership
Demonstrated servant leadership and alignment with the church’s statement of faith
A proactive, team-oriented leader who thrives in a growing environment

Salary up to $52,000
30–35 hours per week
