Senior Development Officer Full Time

The Senior Development Officer leads fundraising, donor cultivation, church partnerships, stewardship, and development efforts throughout NMBCH’s established support areas, particularly eastern New Mexico. 
  
The position focuses on protecting and growing the ministry’s existing donor base while helping establish systems and processes that support future growth.
