Student/Youth Pastor Full Time

The church is dedicated to serving and shaping the next generation of disciples and leaders. 

At FBC Baldwyn, we’re seeking a Full-time Student Pastor who is passionate about discipling students and making a genuine impact in their lives. Our next Student Pastor will have a heart for investing in students, discipling them to grow and live out their faith, and empowering them to lead. We want a leader who has the courage to work hard – someone who will actively engage with students, build relationships, and create a welcoming, dynamic ministry that draws teens in. Qualifications

• A growing follower of Jesus Christ who models a godly life both publicly and privately. 
• A clear calling and passion for student discipleship and evangelism.
• Strong leadership, teaching, and relational skills.
• A team player with a humble, mature, and teachable spirit.
• Seminary degree or desire for seminary education preferred.
