Senior Pastor Full Time

First Baptist Church Carrabelle is prayerfully seeking a Senior Pastor to lead our congregation and serve our church and community with faith, compassion, and a heart for ministry.

We are a small, close-knit Southern Baptist church averaging approximately 50 worshippers on Sunday mornings. We are looking for a pastor who will provide spiritual leadership, biblical teaching, pastoral care, and guidance as we continue to grow in our faith and service to others.

Responsibilities

• Provide biblically sound preaching and teaching during regular worship services.
• Provide pastoral care, counseling, prayer, and support to members of the congregation.
• Lead and encourage the church in worship, discipleship, evangelism, and outreach.
• Work collaboratively with church leadership and members to carry out the mission and ministries of the church.
• Be actively involved in the life of the congregation and the local community.
• Provide leadership and encouragement to church ministries, programs, and volunteers.
• Conduct weddings, funerals, baptisms, and other pastoral services as needed.
• Foster a welcoming, Christ-centered environment for individuals and families

Compensation & Housing

• A parsonage is provided as part of the pastoral package. Utilities included.
