Youth Pastor Part Time

Sunny Gap Baptist Church, located just outside of Conway near Vilonia, is seeking a part-time/bi-vocational Youth Pastor with a heart for Christ and a passion for ministering to young people in 6th–12th grades.

The Youth Pastor will teach and lead weekly youth Bible study and Sunday School, plan youth activities and fellowship opportunities, and coordinate camps, retreats, and mission trips. We are looking for someone who will build meaningful relationships with our students and families, encourage their spiritual growth, and help grow an active, Christ-centered youth ministry.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, energetic, relational, and committed to biblical teaching and reaching young people both within our church and community.
