Parkview Kids Director
Parkview Kids exists to help kids, babies through 5th grade, meet Jesus on their level. We are looking for a leader who loves Jesus, loves kids, and loves raising up other leaders to join the mission.

About Parkview
Parkview Baptist Church has grown to 550-600 in weekly attendance, and our kids ministry is growing with it. We are moving toward a team-based approach to Kids leadership, and our next director will lead within that team, discipling new leaders rather than carrying the ministry alone.

• Safety: We take lots of steps before kids arrive to keep them safe.
• Creative Bible Teaching: Bible stories come to life in ways kids remember.
• Age-Appropriateness: Every room and lesson fits the child in it.
• Relationships: Kids grow with Jesus and with consistent leaders who know them.
• Fun: Kids who have fun at church can’t wait to come back.

What you’ll do
• Lead safe, gospel-centered weekly environments and special events from nursery through 5th grade.
• Own child-safety policy, screening, training, and check-in.
• Choose and adapt curriculum.
• Recruit, train, and shepherd volunteer teams, and develop volunteers into leaders.
• Partner with and equip parents.
• Manage the Kids budget, supplies, and calendar.

Who you are
• A mature, growing follower of Jesus, above reproach and protective of children.
• A team builder and disciple-maker, humble and teachable.
• Experienced in children’s ministry, organized, and comfortable with church software such as Planning Center.
• In agreement with Parkview’s statement of faith.
