Kid’s Ministry Director Part Time

LifeQuest Church in Belton, MO is seeking a part-time KidzQuest Director (15 hours/week) to lead our ministry for children from birth through 6th grade. We are looking for a true galvanizer and team builder—not a solo task-doer—whose primary superpower is recruiting, training, and equipping an army of volunteers to partner with parents in sparking life-changing faith. The ideal candidate has a proven leadership track record, deep relational warmth, and a passion for developing people rather than just managing programs.
