Director of Human Resources Full Time

As a senior ministry leader, the Director of Human Resources is responsible for the administration of all Human Resource functions across the ministry of Alabama Baptist Children’s Homes & Family Ministries (ABCH), towards the accomplishment of its vision, mission, and goals.

Applicants must have a college degree in human resources, accounting, business administration, or a related field. Experience in human resources, business administration, or related field. Experience in HRIS software. A certification in human resources or equivalent job-related certification. A valid driver’s license and good driving record.
