Administrative Pastor Full Time

Alpine Bible Church is entering an exciting new season of ministry as we are transitioning into a larger facility for our growing ministry. We are seeking a Pastor of Administration and Ministry Systems who will strengthen our organization, empower volunteer teams, and ensure an excellent and welcoming Sunday experience.
This leader will work closely with the Lead Pastor and ministry staff to develop clear systems that support
volunteers, small groups, and ministry operations. We want to continue to maintain healthy structure, communication, and consistency as our church grows.

5. Elder, Staff and Congregational Support

Qualifications
 A deep and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
 Proven ability to organize, lead, and multiply teams.
 Strong administrative, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 Experienced in ministry systems, event coordination, and leadership development.
 A Bachelor’s degree preferred; significant ministry or leadership experience required.
 Alignment with Alpine Bible Church’s theology, mission, and culture.
