Location: Altona Missionary Baptist Church, Calvert City, Kentucky

Position: Youth/Associate Pastor

Altona Missionary Baptist Church is seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth/Associate Pastor to join our ministry team. This role is vital in supporting our youth programs and assisting the senior pastor in various church activities.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $42,500
Parsonage provided
Health insurance stipend up to $1,800/month
5% contribution to retirement annuity
Monthly reimbursement for cell service (up to $100) and mileage
Qualifications:

Strong commitment to the Christian faith and a calling to youth ministry
Experience in church settings, particularly with youth programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
