Youth Minister Part Time

Job Overview

Arabic Christian Fellowship is seeking a dedicated Youth Minister to oversee and nurture the spiritual growth of our youth and young adults. The ideal candidate is a minister with strong leadership, relational, and pastoral skills, passionate about guiding young people in their faith journey.

Responsibilities:

Lead, plan, and oversee all youth and young adult ministries, including Bible studies, fellowship events, and outreach activities.
Develop and implement programs to engage youth in church life and community service.
Mentor and provide spiritual guidance to youth and young adults.
Coordinate with church leadership and parents to support youth in their faith development.
Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment where youth feel valued and connected
Assist in organizing retreats, mission trips, and special events.
Participate in worship services / sermons as needed.

Qualifications:

Maintains a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness
A love and desire to work with youth and young adults
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Theology, Ministry, or a related field.
Experience working with youth and young adults.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Committed to a vibrant Christian faith and aligned with “The Baptist Faith and Message 2000”.
Have spiritual maturity and high moral and ethical standards.
