The horses, pond, playground and pool are only part of what makes the Arkansas Baptist Homes for Children the perfect place for brothers and sisters in transition. The best part of this ministry are the campus foster parents who provide the loving stability these children deserve. This campus in Monticello is a peaceful setting where foster parents are provided housing and support that promotes the successful care of children. In the home, parents are given the autonomy and flexibility to create a schedule and structure that works best for the unique needs of their family. In addition to the housing, utilities, and board stipend provided, foster parents have the opportunity to contribute to campus life with an on-campus job or advance their careers through jobs in the community. Campus foster parents typically care for four to five foster children with a priority of keeping brothers and sisters together. We are looking for a couple who shares our vision to impact children with the Gospel through the genuine experience of family and Christian community.
