Children’s Director Full Time

General Description

• On board with the House Church model
• Equip the church members to do the work of the ministry
• Love children and their families
• Sense of compassion and urgency for the lost
• Warm and engaging personality
• Ministry of prayer (Early Morning Prayer M-F 6AM-8AM)

Essential Skillsets

• Responsible for assimilation of children, managing environments, developing curriculum, engaging parent
• Planning and implementation of annual calendar
• Identifying, recruiting, and equipping volunteers for Sunday Children’s Church and other ministry
• Effective administrative, organization and communication skills

Training Requirements

• Prefer someone with or pursuing a Master’s degree from an accredited seminary or pursuing
