Pastor Full Time

Beaucoup Baptist Church in Pinckneyville, Illinois is seeking a full-time pastor to join our congregation. Established in 1915, our church is deeply committed to serving the Lord and has a long history of impactful ministry, including strong youth and children’s programs. We currently hold two morning worship services, averaging around 240 attendees, alongside Sunday school and an evening service. Our church is known for its warm, welcoming atmosphere within the community.

As our current pastor of 17+ years prepares to retire in January 2026, we are looking for a new pastor who will continue to lead with solid Biblical teaching and a heart for spiritual growth. This individual will help nurture relationships within our church family and engage in pastoral care. We are seeking someone who is dedicated to guiding us in our walk with Christ and helping us deepen our faith.

We look forward to partnering with our new pastor to share the Gospel, reach our community, and watch lives transformed through Christ.

Salary will be based on the candidate’s education and experience.
