Current pastor of 33 years & church elders are looking to mentor a successor to the full-time, senior Pastor position. We are willing to cooperate with your school for internship/independent study, and the church is positive towards side gig, bi-vocationalism, or other non-traditional relationship.
Church Characteristics:
· Located in a small town near Sedona Arizona
· Church Culture:
o Doctrinally/Biblically conservative
o Literal Genesis creation account (a la Answers in Genesis)
o Two genders created by God with particular roles
o Salvation by Grace alone through Faith alone
o Elder led as described by Alexander Strauch in Biblical Eldership: An Urgent Call to Restore Biblical Church Leadership
o Church is Debt free (Yes, we like Dave Ramsey.)
o Blended worship service style
