The Opportunity
 
As the Apollo Beach Kids Director, you will lead a thriving Kids Ministry, birth through 5th grade, in one of the fastest-growing communities in our region. You’ll have the opportunity to:
• Build a dynamic, engaging ministry where kids love to come and learn about Jesus
• Develop and lead a passionate volunteer team
• Partner with families to disciple children beyond Sunday and Midweek
• Collaborate with a strong, unified Next Generation team across multiple campuses
• Help reach new families in a rapidly growing community
 
What You’ll Do
Cast Vision & Lead Ministry
• Champion the vision of Shoal Kids and Bell Shoals Church
• Create engaging environments where kids experience the Gospel
• Serve as a primary communicator for children
 
Build & Multiply Leaders
• Recruit, train, and develop volunteers
• Create a strong, encouraging team culture
• Raise up leaders to grow the ministry
 
Reach Families & the Community
• Connect with new families and guide next steps
• Partner with parents in discipleship
• Build relationships with local schools
 
Drive Excellence in Execution
• Oversee weekly programming and events
• Ensure safe and organized environments
• Manage budget and resources
