Pastor of Discipleship and Family Ministries Full Time

The Pastor of Discipleship and Family Ministries will work with the staff to accomplish the vision, mission, and goals of Bethesda Baptist Church.  The main objectives are to oversee our Discipleship program and work with our kid’s team and student ministry team to coordinate their efforts as well as move them in a missional direction that falls in line with the vision, mission, and values of Bethesda.  

One specific goal would be to help develop, communicate and implement a discipleship pathway with a leadership pipeline that can feed our vision for kingdom multiplication.

We are looking for someone who thinks in systems.  We have tons of visionaries, we need someone who can help us put together the systems and infrastructure that will facilitate the growing demand on our programs and facilities.  We want to plant and revitalize churches, but we need some organizational help.
