The Youth Pastor and Ministry Site Director is a dual-role position providing spiritual and
organizational leadership for ministry to middle and high school youth in grades 6-12. This leader
will bridge the gap between Bethlehem Church and the local high school through Youth for
Christ, developing Authentic Christ-Sharing Relationships with young people in both a
congregational and community context.
