At First Baptist Bronson, we believe the small details make a big impact. We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant who is passionate about serving others, staying organized, and helping the church love our community well.
The Administrative Assistant will often be the first point of contact for members, guests, and the community, helping create a warm, Christ-centered environment while ensuring administrative tasks are handled with excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
Greet and assist members, visitors, and callers with professionalism and warmth
Maintain financial records and assist with bookkeeping using QuickBooks
Prepare correspondence, reports, and church communications
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and ministry events
Maintain organized filing systems and church records
Provide administrative support to church staff and ministry leaders
Qualifications
Proficiency in QuickBooks (required)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
Clear written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Prior administrative or office experience preferred
