Campus Technical Director (South Campus)

Part Time – 10hrs/ week

Focus of Position

To manage all needs, teams and equipment related to the live production of services and events at Brookstone’s South Satellite Campus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Worship Center audio, video and lighting systems.
• Prepping AVL systems weekly for Sunday services and other events.
• Building quarterly volunteer Production Team schedules.
• Leading the volunteer Production Team throughout Sunday services and other events – Assist in the design and build out of stage sets and scenic elements.
• Regular recruitment, training and development of volunteer teams.

• Demonstrate a personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Alignment with the vision, mission, values and doctrinal statement of Brookstone Church.
• Ability to work effectively with a team.
• Willingness to follow the lead of the Creative Director.
• Ability to equip, lead and inspire a team of volunteers.

Skills Required

Extensive knowledge and experience with:

• PA audio systems and audio networking.
• DMX lighting systems.
• Theatrical lighting programming.
• Mixed video systems.
• Video directing and switching.
• Video signal routing.
• Live web streaming.
• Site to site direct streaming.
• Team leadership.

Personal Discipleship

• Maintain a vital and growing relationship with the Lord through consistent time in the Word, prayer and regular worship attendance.
• Commit to EE training.
• Strive to maintain and protect biblical priorities in the home.
• Model the practice of wise stewardship.
• Seek to maintain accountability through participation in a relational environment.
• Personal weekly worship attendance.

Reporting Relationships

Accountable to South Campus Pastor. Reports to Brookstone’s Creative Director. Works closely with and supports the South Campus Worship Pastor.

Salary

Disclosure of wage will be provided.

Hours

10 hours per week

• Sunday – Set-up and Service: 6:45am-1:30pm (6.75hrs)
• Thursday – Worship Band Rehearsal: 6:00-7:30pm (1.5hrs)
• Monday – Campus Team Meeting: 9:30-10:30am (1hr)
