Worship Pastor Full Time

Calvary Baptist Church of Arcadia, Florida, is prayerfully seeking a full-time Worship Pastor to serve a medium-sized, multigenerational, conservative, mission-minded Southern Baptist congregation. Arcadia is a rural, agricultural, family-friendly community in southwest Florida, and our church enjoys blended worship on Sundays with active mid-week ministries.

The ideal candidate is a pastor-musician who loves the local church, develops volunteers, and crafts services that are biblically faithful, Spirit-led, and aligned with our mission. Primary duties include planning and leading worship; overseeing the music ministry (band and praise team); recruiting, training, and scheduling volunteers (including tech/AVL); coordinating seasonal services and special events; and providing pastoral care in partnership with the Lead Pastor and staff. Proficiency in voice plus guitar or keys is preferred, along with familiarity with tools such as Planning Center and ProPresenter. Candidates should joyfully affirm the Baptist Faith & Message (2000) and model Christian maturity.
