Worship Arts and Music Pastor

Calvary Baptist in Bel Air, Md is seeking a full-time Worship Arts and Music Pastor. The individual must be committed to Jesus Christ and to the ministry of music and worship of Christ. Calvary has two worship services with two different styles of worship: traditional with choir and contemporary with praise team. The following qualifications are needed:

·       Must be a team player working with the other pastors

·       Must have a biblical theology of worship and teach others

·       Flexibility to change according to the need of the hour

·       Witnesses a calling by God to lead worship

·       Ability to build a team and train musicians, vocalists, and have a working knowledge of technical aspects of multimedia, sound, digital, presentation software, etc.

·       Must develop others to lead in worship

·       Work with the senior pastor in planning worship services and special celebrations of Christ

·       Oversight of the Worship and Arts Music budget

Salary will be determined by experience and years of service. Full health and dental benefits for the Pastor and his family. Retirement contributions will be made to the Guidestone Retirement account.
