Associate Pastor Full Time

Calvary Baptist Church of Bowling Green, Kentucky, is seeking a full-time Associate Pastor who is called
to shepherd God’s people, strengthen the church’s discipleship efforts, support Christ-centered worship,
and help develop future ministry leaders. This pastor will serve as a collaborative member of the pastoral
team, assisting the Senior Pastor in fulfilling Calvary’s mission to gather, grow, serve, and connect people
of all ages to the abundant life found in Jesus Christ.
Calvary is experiencing healthy growth and is committed to faithful biblical preaching, meaningful
discipleship for all ages, and God-honoring worship. The Associate Pastor will play a key role in nurturing
spiritual maturity across all ages of the congregation while equipping volunteers and leaders for effective
gospel ministry.
