Associate Pastor of Students Full Time

Carver Baptist Church in Douglas, GA is seeking a full-time Associate Pastor of Studentsto lead and disciple our K–12 students and support our Early Childhood Education Ministry. The primary ministry focus will be youth (6th–12th grades) and their families, with a secondary emphasis on children’s ministry. We are looking for a pastor with a shepherd’s heart, a love for the next generation, and a commitment to the gospel-centered mission of our church.
The Associate Pastor of Students will oversee all aspects of student ministry (grades K–12), equip volunteer teams, shepherd families, and support the overall mission and ministries of Carver Baptist Church. He will work closely with the Senior Pastor, Youth Team, Children’s Team, and other ministry leaders to cultivate a Christ-centered culture of discipleship, evangelism, and growth in the next generation.
Qualifications
A clear call to student ministry and pastoral service.
Agreement with the Baptist Faith & Message 2000.
Demonstrated ability to teach, disciple, and shepherd students.
Strong relational skills with students, families, and volunteers.
Commitment to evangelism, missions, and biblical ministry.
Prior experience in youth or children’s ministry preferred.
