About the Role:

Cedar Ridge Baptist Church, tucked in the hills outside Branson, is looking for a part-time Worship/Music Leader with a heart for Christ and a love for leading God’s people in song. This is a small, friendly church that values simple, heartfelt worship and strong biblical conviction.

What You’ll Do

• Choose Christ-centered music for Sunday services
• Lead congregational singing and work with musicians and singers
• Help with rehearsals as needed
• Provide music for special services (revival, VBS, holidays)
• Work with the pastor to plan meaningful worship
• Coordinate with audio/visual helpers
• Recruit and guide volunteers
• Maintain music/equipment
• Take part in Wednesday Bible study and regular church life

What We’re Looking For

• Someone who lives in or near the Branson/Stone County area
• Loves the Lord and agrees with the Baptist Faith & Message
• Familiar with Christian music (traditional and/or contemporary)
• Clear communicator and encouraging leader
• Able to work well with volunteers
• Organized, dependable, and willing to serve alongside our church family

Time & Pay
• 5–8 hours per week
• $150–$200 weekly (based on experience and responsibilities)
