Director of Missions Full Time

The Central Baptist Association of New Mexico is seeking a full-time Director of Missions to assist churches in revitalization, improving church health, and supporting new church plants. This can be accomplished by supporting pastors, encouraging cooperation, and advancing the mission of spreading the gospel in Central New Mexico. This position balances pastoral care, organizational leadership, and facilitation of church partnerships. He must be experienced in networking, leadership, and pastoral ministry. He must be committed to aiding churches according to biblical truths. The DOM should have completed college and seminary, or possess equivalent experience.
