Central Baptist Church of Clovis, New Mexico, is seeking a full-time dedicated and spiritually mature Senior Pastor to provide overall leadership, vision, and pastoral oversight for the life and ministries of the church. The Senior Pastor will faithfully preach and teach God’s Word, shepherd the congregation, and guide staff and ministry teams in alignment with Scripture and Baptist doctrine.

Primary Responsibilities

✨Lead worship services; preach biblically grounded sermons; administer ordinances.
✨Provide pastoral care, visitation, counseling, and support for individuals and families.
✨Direct evangelism, outreach, and community engagement efforts.
✨Oversee church programs, ministries, and staff to ensure mission alignment.
✨Lead and collaborate with deacons, committees, and church leadership.
✨Support denominational relationships and keep the church informed of key initiatives.
✨Provide administrative oversight, including budgeting, stewardship, and policy adherence.
✨Model a Christ-centered life marked by integrity, humility, and spiritual maturity.
