Senior Pastor Part Time

The ideal candidate for this part-time position must be an ordained Baptist minister with a minimum of three years of meaningful ministry experience. He should demonstrate a sincere devotion to God and exemplify a Christ-like character in both his personal and professional life. 

The candidate must be able to prepare and deliver biblically sound sermons and demonstrate a strong aptitude for Bible-centered teaching. He should exhibit excellent pastoral care skills and provide leadership marked by wisdom, discernment, and integrity.

Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a diverse congregation. The candidate should also demonstrate sound administrative abilities and the capacity to organize, supervise, and lead the church staff effectively.
