Position Opening: Associate Pastor

Central Baptist Church of Kirbyville, Texas is seeking a full-time Associate Pastor to join our ministry team. This position will focus primarily on youth ministry, while also taking on responsibilities in family and children’s ministry. We are prayerfully looking for someone who has a heart for discipleship, outreach, and strengthening families in the church and community.

Position Overview:
Title: Associate Pastor
Location: Central Baptist Church, 801 S. Margaret, Kirbyville, TX 75956
Compensation: Salary negotiable, based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities Include:
Leading and growing a Christ-centered youth ministry
Planning and overseeing events, Bible studies, and outreach opportunities for youth
Supporting and coordinating children’s and family ministry activities
Under the direction of the Senior Pastor assist with preaching, teaching, and pastoral care as needed
Engaging with parents to support the spiritual development of their families
Participating actively in the life of the church

Qualifications:
A clear and evident calling to pastoral ministry
A love for students, children, and families
Strong communication and leadership skills
Agreement with the beliefs and mission of Central Baptist Church
