Senior Pastor Full Time

Central Baptist Church is in Kirbyville, Tx and is a congregation who loves Jesus and their neighbors.  We have strong ties to the community and strong support for the local schools.  We are prayerfully seeking a pastor to lead our church and help spread the gospel to our surrounding area.
 Role Summary
The Senior Pastor leads the church through Christ‑centered preaching, faithful shepherding, and mission‑minded leadership aligned with the Baptist Faith and Message (2000).
Key Responsibilities
Biblical preaching and teaching
Pastoral care for members and families
Lead outreach and evangelism
Guide church ministries and work with deacons and committees
Support Christ‑centered worship and discipleship
Qualifications
Clear call to ministry and salvation testimony
Agreement with the Baptist Faith & Message 2000
Seminary degree preferred not required
Strong preaching, leadership, and relational skills
