夏樂市华人浸信会(Charlotte Chinese Baptist Church, CCBC) 现在尋聘一名中文 堂全職牧師。夏洛特位于北卡罗来那州, 人口约93万。CCBC會眾約有100多人, 其中大约 半数在中文堂参与敬拜，其余的参与英文堂敬拜。中文堂牧師將與英文堂牧師并教会执事 同工一起，传扬福音，造就圣徒，服侍神，服务会众及周边社区。
基本要求 能以中文(普通話/國語)講道，具備良好的英語交流能力，並認同CCBC的信仰宣言和教会

生活上遵守圣经原则 (提前3:1-7;提多 1:6-9). 重生得救七年以上，已婚且妻子也重生得救。我们也期待师母参与教会的服事。
事奉工作職責
敬虔愛主並按照聖經教導、牧養和關懷中文堂會眾; 有明確的異象。同心合一地與同工們 一起籌備、實施各項事工來實現異象。 以聖經為基礎，教導神的話語:负责主日講道、主持圣餐及浸礼、参与成人主日學和小組 团契活动。 通過禱告、教導、門訓、宣教及传福音等事工，在聖靈的帶領下堅固會眾對基督的信仰， 挑旺會眾的屬靈生命並激發會眾的使命感。 牧養和培訓核心同工，如執事、各項事工負責人和小組帶領人等。 关怀会众，定期探訪有需要的家庭。提供牧者相關服事如:婚姻辅导，家庭关系辅导，主 持婚葬禮等。 与其它基督教会牧师有经常性的联络沟通祷告分享，不定期参加区域性或全国性的牧师退 修会等活动，以增长灵性，开拓眼界，更好地为神做工。
學歷/經歷/資格
优先考虑(福音派)神學院畢業，道學碩士(Master of Divinity)或同等學歷的申请 人。
清楚從神而來的呼召和使命;持守并活出福音信仰。 具備牧者心腸、領導恩賜和團隊合作精神。能够与不同文化背境的会众相處。 有3年以上牧会或同等教会服事經驗。有北美华人教会牧會經驗者優先考慮。

Charlotte Chinese Baptist Church (CCBC)

Charlotte Chinese Baptist Church (CCBC) is currently seeking a full-time pastor for the Chinese congregation. Charlotte is located in North Carolina, with a population of approximately 930,000. The CCBC congregation consists of about 100 people, with roughly half participating in the Chinese service and the rest in the English service. The Chinese congregation pastor will work alongside the English congregation pastor and church deacons to preach the gospel, equip the saints, serve God, and minister to the congregation and surrounding community.

Basic Requirements:

•Able to preach in Chinese (Mandarin) and have good English communication skills.

•Must agree with CCBC’s Statement of Faith and church constitution (see link: https://www.ccbcnc.org/chinese-churchdocuments).

•Must live according to biblical principles (1 Timothy 3:1-7; Titus 1:6-9).

•Must be a born-again Christian for more than seven years, married, and have a wife who is also a born-again believer. We also expect the pastor’s wife to be involved in church ministry.

Ministry Responsibilities:

•Devoted to the Lord and follow the Bible’s teachings to shepherd and care for the Chinese congregation with a clear vision.

•Work in unity with coworkers to plan and implement various ministries to fulfill the vision.

•Teach the Word of God based on the Bible; responsible for Sunday sermons, presiding over communion and baptisms, participating in adult Sunday school and fellowship groups.

•Strengthen the congregation’s faith in Christ through prayer, teaching, discipleship, missions, and evangelism, under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Encourage spiritual growth and inspire a sense of mission within the congregation.

•Shepherd and train key coworkers such as deacons, ministry leaders, and group leaders.

•Care for the congregation by regularly visiting families in need, and provide pastoral services such as marriage counseling, family relationship counseling, officiating weddings, funerals, etc.

•Regularly communicate and pray with pastors from other Christian churches and participate in regional or national pastor retreats to grow spiritually, expand your vision, and better serve God.

Education/Experience/Qualifications:

•Preference will be given to graduates of evangelical seminaries with a Master of Divinity (or equivalent).

•Must have a clear calling and mission from God, and live out the gospel faith.

•Must possess a pastor’s heart, leadership gifts, and a spirit of teamwork, and be able to relate to people from different cultural backgrounds.

•Must have more than three years of pastoral or equivalent church service experience. Experience in pastoring a Chinese church in North America is preferred.

Immigration Status: Preference will be given to applicants who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents.

Salary and Benefits: Will be determined based on the applicant’s theological education and pastoral experience.
