PART TIME PASTOR  

Christ the Lord Community Church is affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention and the Kansas-Nebraska Convention.  We are searching for a Part Time Pastor. We are a body of loving believers who have a heart to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ and serve one another.

As our Pastor, this shepherd should be able to demonstrate the following:

*A leader with a strong ability to teach and preach God’s Word.

      *A leader able to organize and motivate the congregation to fulfill   

         The Great Commission.

      *The Pastor will be able to understand and administer the duties of        

        the church. He will be able to delegate responsibilities to church

        members to share the load.

This Pastor should adhere to the Pastoral principles established in  

1 Timothy 3, Acts 20:28, Peter 5 and John 21:15.

The Pastor will focus on Biblical exposition and exegesis.

The Pastor shares the responsibility with the Elders to lead, feed, care and protect the flock.

Desired qualifications include:

     *An Ordained Pastor

     * Education in Ministry and/or Theology

     *Experience in Pastoral Work

     *Teaching discipleship, evangelism and equipping believers
