Executive Pastor Full Time

Church at the Cross (CATC) in Orlando is seeking a high-capacity Senior Executive Pastor to serve as the right hand to the Senior Pastor and to be the chief integrator of our ministry vision. This leader will oversee ministry staff, champion and build our discipleship programs, and drive execution on major church initiatives. We are seeking an organizationally sharp individual who is passionate about helping a multicultural, multi-generational church transition into its next phase of growth.

What You’ll Do: 
 
As our Senior Executive Pastor, you will: 
Serve as the Senior Pastor’s right-hand leader, turning vision into action across the church 
Be the integrator to the Senior Pastor by taking the vision and creative ideas and creating systems to see them come to fruition.  
Oversee, equip, and develop ministerial staff and volunteer leaders across all age-specific ministries (Kids, Students, Adults, etc.) 
Lead the strategy and systems for discipleship, spiritual formation, and ministry alignment 
Create structure, drive accountability, and manage details on big-picture initiatives and ongoing ministries 
Help foster a staff culture marked by collaboration, clarity, excellence, and mission alignment 
Provide organizational support to the operations of Central Florida Christian Academy without being the primary leader

Preferred Qualifications: 
Seminary education is a plus (but not a deal-breaker if your leadership fruit speaks loud) 
7–10+ years of leadership experience in churches of 500+ in attendance 
Proven ability to lead leaders, manage teams, and scale ministries
