Minister of Music & Media Full Time

Cinco Baptist Church is seeking a Minister of Music & Media to provide spiritual, musical, and creative leadership for our worship and media ministries. The ideal candidate will have a strong relationship with Jesus Christ, a calling to worship ministry, and a passion for leading biblically grounded worship. This individual will support the church’s mission, vision, values, and doctrine while advancing Christ-centered worship, discipleship, and media communication.

Key Responsibilities

1.    Worship Leadership

•      Plan, coordinate, and lead worship services.

•      Select biblically sound music aligned with church doctrine.

•      Lead congregational worship and coordinate special services.

•      Oversee choir, praise team, instrumentalists, and special music.

•      Disciple and foster spiritual growth among worship and media ministry participants.

2.    Discipleship & Spiritual Development

•      Lead devotionals, prayer meetings, and mentoring opportunities.

•      Encourage spiritual maturity and servant leadership.

3.    Media & Communications Oversight

•      Oversee and maintain the church website.

•      Manage ProPresenter, worship slides, announcements, and media presentations.

•      Coordinate livestream and audiovisual support.

•      Create and oversee digital communications, advertisements, and promotional materials.

•      Recruit, train, and schedule media volunteers.

Qualifications

•      A strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a calling to worship ministry.

•      Bachelor’s degree in Music, Worship Arts, Ministry, or a related field required.

•      Experience in worship leadership, music ministry, or church ministry leadership.

•      Musical proficiency and ability to lead congregational worship vocally and/or instrumentally.

•      Working knowledge of worship technology, presentation software, audio/visual systems, church websites, and digital communications.

•      Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

•      Ability to work collaboratively with church staff, volunteers, committees, and church leadership.
