Lead Pastor Full Time

The Pastor of Columbus Avenue Baptist Church (CABC) is responsible for teaching and preaching the Word of God in a cogent way to help the congregation grow and mature spiritually, while giving them practical tools to apply the biblical lessons in their daily lives.  Our Pastor is expected to work with and mentor church leadership to expand the influence of the church and its teaching throughout the congregation and community.  It is expected that the Pastor will make use of some of his time by using the talents and experience of the church leaders and members to accomplish the goals of the church.  Building and maintaining personal relationships with the congregation, especially those in need, is a critical attribute of this position.
