Overview
The Associational Missionary will provide strategic leadership, guidance, and support to churches within the association, with a focus developing biblically healthy churches through emphasis on missions, evangelism, discipleship, and ministry development. This position requires a deep commitment to the Scriptures and to the mission and values of the Southern Baptist Convention, as well as strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities

4. Provide Training and Equipping
5. Encourage Communication and Networking of the Churches
6. Oversee Administrative & Staffing Responsibilities
