Worship/Connections Pastor Full Time

Cross Roads Baptist Church is searching for a worship/connections pastor. We are looking for a person who is fun, energetic, motivated, and most importantly, passionate about furthering the kingdom of God. The worship/connections pastor will oversee the worship and discipleship ministries at CRBC. The overall scope of this position can be broken down into two parts. 1) Work to enhance all aspects of worship and production within the church. 2) Develop systems and processes that connect first-time guests into the life of the church, and existing members into deeper involvement within the church.
