Our worship pastor will need relational and emotional skills to celebrate the past, move toward the future, while lovingly bringing people along the journey.
Leading and managing a team is one of the biggest things you’ll do as our worship pastor. You’ll need to have organizational skills to recruit, train, schedule, and maintain our worship volunteer teams.
Leading our church in theologically sound, biblically based, and engaging songs that help our congregation grow in our worship and devotion to the Lord.
