Job Summary: Youth Pastor
Our church seeks a passionate and dedicated Youth Pastor to lead and nurture the
spiritual growth of our youth ministry (6th-12th grade). The ideal candidate will bring
strong leadership, relational skills, and a heart for guiding students in their faith journey.
This role involves planning and leading weekly gatherings and annual events that foster
spiritual, social, and personal development. Working closely with church leadership and
a supportive youth committee, the Youth Pastor will help students navigate life’s
challenges with biblical guidance rooted in an active relationship with Jesus Christ and a
commitment to serving the community.

Key Responsibilities:
 Provide spiritual leadership and support for students in grades 6-12.
 Develop and execute weekly programs, special events, and annual activities encouraging faith formation.
 Build relationships with students, parents, and the church community.
 Serve as a mentor and role model, offering guidance as students face life’s challenges.
 Work with church leadership and the volunteer youth team to shape a dynamic and engaging youth ministry program.
