DeHaven Baptist Church, located in the heart of Oldham County in LaGrange, Kentucky, is a traditional Baptist congregation with a rich heritage of faith and service. As a mid-sized church, we are blessed with dedicated members and strong Sunday attendance, reflecting our commitment to corporate worship and fellowship. Our mature and well-established congregation maintains a passionate focus on fulfilling the Great Commission through local outreach and missions support. We seek a pastor who will partner with us in continuing this legacy while leading us into the future.

Position Requirements:

·        Seminary education (M.Div. preferred)

·        5-10+ years of pastoral experience

·        Family life that demonstrates strong Christian values

·        Age range: 30-50 years preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

·        Deliver engaging, well-prepared sermons with an evangelistic and expository approach

·        Lead traditional worship services

·        Develop and implement community outreach and local missions programs

·        Provide pastoral care through visitation of elderly, hospitalized, and homebound members

·        Offer spiritual and personal counseling

·        Oversee church administration and staff
