Associate Pastor of Student Engagement Full Time

Duck Hill Baptist Church is prayerfully seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to serve as our Associate Pastor of Student Engagement. This role is focused primarily on leading and developing our youth and children’s ministries, while also supporting the broader ministry of the church under the guidance of the Lead Pastor.

The Associate Pastor of Student Engagement will be a dynamic leader with a heart for students and a calling to guide young people in their spiritual growth. This individual will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging programs that are both fun and deeply rooted in biblical truth. In addition to overseeing ministries for children and youth, the Associate Pastor will work closely with the Lead Pastor to assist in ministering to the entire church body.
