Pastor Full Time

We are seeking a Pastor that meets the Biblical qualifications in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9.
To provide the congregation a sense of stability in leadership while preaching sound Biblical
doctrine. To provide adequate pastoral care of the congregation. He will work with the staff,
deacons, and volunteers to ensure that shepherding, visitation, baptism, ministry, and counseling
needs are met.

We are a Southern Baptist Church with traditional values that formed in 2005 by the merging of
Twelfth Street Baptist and Murray Street Baptist churches. Both churches had been in existence
for over 50 years but were struggling in different areas. Together we are stronger and have
become one family. We are excited about what God is doing and are known as “A Fellowship of
Love.”

Our Church meets twice on Sunday, and we have Wednesday night prayer meeting and Bible
study along with other organizational functions during each month. Our average attendance on
Sunday morning is around 85, with 55-60 in Sunday School. You may check out our website
