Associate Pastor (Worship & Administration) Full Time

Job Overview
Eastmont Baptist Church is seeking a full-time Associate Pastor – Worship & Administration to lead congregational worship, mentor musicians and volunteers, and oversee church office operations. This role works closely with the pastoral team to advance the church’s gospel-centered mission, providing preaching, teaching, pastoral care, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is ordained or eligible for ordination, aligned with 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9, and experienced in worship leadership and church administration.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, lead, and coordinate congregational worship services
• Mentor and equip musicians, volunteers, and worship teams
• Oversee church office operations, staff coordination, and administrative systems
• Preach, teach, and provide pastoral care as assigned
• Collaborate with pastoral staff to implement church vision and mission

Qualifications:

• Ordained, licensed, or eligible for ordination
• Alignment with 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9, including proven ability to teach/preach
• Bachelor’s in Ministry, Theology, Worship Arts, or related field preferred; M.Div. preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in worship leadership and/or church administration
• Strong biblical knowledge, teaching ability, and organizational skills
• Strong musical skills/gifting

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $60,000–$65,000
