Assistant Preschool Teacher Full Time

Master’s Garden Preschool in Hillsborough, NC seeks to hire two full-time assistant preschool teachers to support their lead teachers and Master’s Garden director in fostering a nurturing environment for young children. Candidates must be committed Christians who maintain discretion and respect. Responsibilities include aiding with classroom activities, ensuring safety, and enhancing the learning program. Requirements are a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR/First Aid certification, and preferably Early Childhood Credentials. Key skills include early childhood development knowledge, safety practices, and strong communication. Flexibility and teamwork are essential. Master’s Garden Preschool does not provide insurance or retirement benefits. Employees of Master’s Garden Preschool are given a 50% tuition discount if they have a preschooler attending the preschool. The pay rate is $13.50-18.00 depending upon education & experience.
