Bi-Vocational Senior Pastor – Emmanuel Baptist Church (Rochester, MN)
Emmanuel Baptist Church, located in Rochester, Minnesota, was established in 1961 and has an average attendance of 60-75 regular worshipers. We are an elder-led congregation affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention and are prayerfully seeking a bi-vocational Senior Pastor to join our leadership team. Our team currently includes a Youth Pastor, Associate Pastor, and Administrative Pastor.

Position Overview
The Senior Pastor will serve as the primary spiritual leader, teacher, and shepherd of the church. This role involves preaching, overseeing biblical instruction, guiding discipleship efforts, and leading outreach initiatives.

Qualifications & Expectations

The ideal candidate will:
✔ Affirm and adhere to the Baptist Faith & Message 2000 and Emmanuel Baptist Church’s constitution and bylaws.
✔ Be committed to believer’s baptism by immersion.
✔ Demonstrate strong biblical knowledge, leadership skills, and a passion for discipleship.
✔ Be able to balance ministry responsibilities with a bi-vocational role.
