Faith Baptist Church of Manchester, NH is seeking its next Pastor. Our small Southern Baptist church in the outskirts of New Hampshire’s Queen City has a rich history of engaging with the population of over 100,000 local residents. Our congregation of about 50 people connects with up to 5 times our size throughout our community in our outreach events such as a Summer Carnival and Trunk or Treat. The church is located in a quiet suburban neighborhood not far from exit 6 on I-93. It is within walking distance of local schools including Green Acres Elementary School and McLaughlin Middle School (about 1 mile away). We are looking for a part-time Pastor who can lead our church into the future. Our current Pastor has served our church for 33 years and is leaving behind a legacy of lives changed. We expect our next Pastor to be a man of God who exemplifies the characteristics for leaders in the church as revealed in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1. In a typical week, our Pastor will preach the Gospel, lead a Bible study, and promote the spiritual growth of the congregation. We recognize that part-time ministry will have its challenges and are prepared to work alongside our next Pastor in supporting the needs of the church. • Job Expectations (approximately 20 hours per week):
  • Prepare and preach one sermon on Sundays.
  • Teach one Bible study weekly.
  • Participate in monthly Deacon’s and Trustee’s meetings.
  • Engage in one business meeting annually.
  • Minister three additional services in celebration of the following holidays: Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

• Education: Associates degree or higher in Biblical studies or a related discipline
• Experience: 2 years (or more) leading a ministry
• Compensation: $31,200 annually with support for up to 4 weeks off
