Qualifications

Born-again believer; Called by God to pastor.
A man committed to God’s Word (in words, deeds, and actions).
Live a lifestyle characterized by moral integrity; demonstrates a love for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Meet the pastoral qualifications outlined in I Timothy 3:1-13 and Titus 1:6-9.
Must possess and or be working towards an applicable college degree, masters level seminary preferred, but not required. 
Must have proven ministerial experience. References will be required.
Confirmed by a body of believers of like faith and order.
 

Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare and Preach the word in accordance with 2 Timothy 4:1-2; I charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who is to judge the living and the dead, and by his appearing and his kingdom: preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with complete patience and teaching.
Lead in the area of baptism, pastoral care, counseling, worship services, bible studies, funerals, and weddings.
Lead and Disciple office and ministry staff to grow them in their faith and leadership skills, and to maintain daily church responsibilities..
