Minister to Students Full Time

Job Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop a clear, Biblical vision and strategy for student ministry.
• Faithfully and accurately teach God’s Word to students on a consistent, weekly basis.
• Plan and lead weekly programs.
• Work with the Youth Committee to plan, lead, and execute purposeful youth events.
• Recruit, develop, and equip adult youth leaders to serve and lead students.
• Communicate with parents about upcoming youth services and events/activities.
• Provide encouragement and resources to parents of teenagers.
• Plan, develop, and lead summer youth camp.
• Counsel students, parents, and youth volunteers as needed.
• Regularly attend school and other community events featuring students.
• Support other ministries within the church.
• Support and assist the Senior Pastor in ministry responsibilities as designated.
