The Minister to Students will be responsible for providing leadership, direction and oversight to the student/youth ministry (6th-12th grades in our church. The Minister to Students will strive to help students grow in their knowledge of God and His Word and support them to develop their love for Him and for others. The Minister of Students will assist strategizing how to prepare future students to be involved in FBCR Student Ministries (known as TRIBE). Experience will be considered to determine starting compensation. This is a part time/bi-vocational position.
